What a fabulous few days – the perfect antidote to the British winter with sunny days, beautiful coastal hikes and lots of healthy, natural food and varied exercise. I definitely shed a few pounds and toned up. Thank you Sandy for being 100% enthusiastic, encouraging and inspiring. Can’t wait til the next one.

Having never been on a retreat before I was slightly apprehensive. However, the variety of exercise was brilliant – boxing on the beach, cycling, pilates, circuits. The hot sun and gorgeous beaches made exercise fun. Sandy was not only a great instructor and host, she was warm, encouraging and challenging us towards our fitness goals. I would highly recommend this as I returned feeling rejuvenated and with more energy than I had in a long time.
The training program delivered was not only useful and fun, but increased team moral. Very energising.

We arrived at what I thought was Downton Abby – the grandeur of the place is stunning. Set in acres of land, the serenity of this retreat made it a perfect haven. Some of the rooms are dated in an authentic way. The training was plentiful as we left exhausted but fulfilled.
