Mummy & Baby Pilates
Our lovely, child friendly classes focus on toning and strengthening mummy, while babies crawl, sleep or play.
Whilst we will provide some toys, we advise you bring their own.
Our aim is to get mummy fit involving little ones as much as possible, however mummy is responsible for their child at all times.
INTRO CLASS
