Detox Day 1-3
Sun 12th Oct - 11am - Board and set sail, enjoy the beautiful coast. Welcome juice and healthy light lunch. Swim, paddleboard in a beautiful bay. Sunset Pilates. Dinner on board
Mon 13 Oct - Fresh Juice - Healthy Brunch - 2-3 Hour Hike. Ancient Ruins or waterfall. Swim, Paddleboard - Healthy dinner on board. Meditation under the stars
Tues 14th Ocr - Sunrise Pilates. Chilled day Brunch. Dinner at a beautiful bay.
Weds 15 Oct - Brunch - 2-3 Hour Hike. Swim, paddleboard. Dinner on board and White party (bring something white) Wine served tonight! Welcome to bring your own!
Thurs 16 Oct - Fresh Juice - Sunrise Pilates. Swim and chill. Dinner at restaurant in another beautiful bay.
Fri 17 Oct- Morning swim, sailing. Brunch served before departure 2-3pm

Prepare for your retreat
A small case is recommended as you will only really need your training clothes, swimwear and casual clothes for afternoons/evenings.
Please bring your own personal medication (we cannot administer any tablets).
The only money required will be for your own personal requirements – if you wish to go off site for a wander (not to a restaurant or bar though!) or have spa treatments etc.
We can cater for most dietary requirements. Please inform us if you have any food allergies. Our diet is pure, organic and fresh. However, portion size is controlled.
If you drink coffee, we suggest you start to reduce your intake a week or so before the retreat, as the detox process requires no toxins, and some people may experience caffeine withdrawal effects.
