Our five day health retreats are suitable for all. We pride ourselves on keeping the numbers small meaning they can be tailored to individuals – ensuring every one receives a personalised service and is made to feel special. In addition to a daily 3-4 hour exercise programme, we provide a healthy, organic, natural and tasty diet which helps restore health and enhances overall wellbeing. With a love of exercise, nutrition and travel, DBC Health Retreats was founded by fitness expert Sandy Donnelly.

Alongside her passion for health and wellbeing, Sandy has an enthusiastic, friendly, professional and motivational approach – helping clients of all ages achieve and maintain their fitness and health goals.

With a wealth of expertise spanning a 15 year career as a fitness lecturer and personal trainer you are in safe hands. Sandy is also a certified Pilates instructor.
